Full-Stack Engineer (NestJS / Next.js / PostgreSQL)

We are scaling our engineering team and require a High-Impact Full-Stack Builder to drive the technical roadmap for our B2B fintech ecosystem.

This is a role for a visionary engineer who balances technical debt with innovation and understands that in the world of enterprise systems, "good enough" is a risk we don't take. You will lead the charge in building the next generation of our legacy systems, ensuring they are robust, scalable, and secure.

The Technical Ecosystem

Our architecture is built for mission-critical reliability. You will be expected to master and optimize:

• Backend: NestJS (TypeScript) with a focus on modular architecture and microservices.
• Frontend: Next.js (React) for high-performance, SEO-friendly, and data-dense enterprise dashboards.
• Database: PostgreSQL, utilizing advanced indexing, ACID compliance, and complex relational mapping.
• Infrastructure: AWS/Azure/GCP (Docker/Kubernetes) for zero-downtime deployments.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable RESTful or GraphQL APIs using NestJS, adhering to SOLID principles and Clean Architecture.
• Develop mission-critical financial modules, including automated reconciliation, ledger management, and multi-tenant B2B permission structures.
• Build high-performance, responsive interfaces in Next.js, ensuring sub-second load times for complex enterprise analytics.
• Architect and optimize PostgreSQL schemas to handle high-concurrency transactions while maintaining 100% data consistency.
• DevOps & Scalability: Containerize applications using Docker and orchestrate deployments via Kubernetes to ensure high availability.

Requirements

• Experience: Minimum 2+ years of professional experience in Full-Stack development.
• Proficiency: Expert-level mastery of TypeScript, NestJS, and Next.js.
• Database Mastery: Deep knowledge of PostgreSQL (Window functions, CTEs, and performance tuning).
• Cloud Infrastructure: Proven experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions/Jenkins).
• Innovative Thinking: A "Builder" who thinks outside the box to solve legacy system friction and technical debt.
• The "Tell-It-Like-It-Is" Approach: A professional who provides candid feedback on technical feasibility and isn't afraid to challenge the status quo to achieve excellence.

Nice-to-Have Skills

• Experience with Fintech and B2B SaaS.
• Experience with Event-Driven Architecture (Kafka, RabbitMQ, or Redis).
• Previous experience in a leadership or Software Architect capacity.
• Familiarity with SOC2 or PCI-DSS compliance standards.
